Rittal Systems has been certified as a Great Place to Work following an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute Canada.

The Rittal Canada team completed an anonymous survey conducted by the GPTW Institute. Employees provided feedback on factors such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie, managerial index and overall perception of their workplace.

The survey offered an opportunity to employees to comment on unique aspects that made Rittal a great place to work. The responses were positive, with employees commenting on management, work-life balance and work patterns, to name a few.

André Bousette, president of the company, said, “It is indeed an honour for Rittal Canada to recognized as a Great Place to Work for the 8th year, following the evaluation by our and own employees who provided their responses anonymously, and voluntarily. I am pleased that our focus on a proper work-life balance, as well as providing our employees with the suitable training and resources to perform their jobs seamlessly, has made a difference. We will continue striving to make Rittal a great place to work with our team and family spirit.”

Employees also commented on what they would like to change in the company. Rittal noted in a statement that it’s management team reviews such suggestions carefully and follows up on them.

René Umlauft, managing director of sales at Rittal, Germany, said, “This year will be the best year in the history of Rittal Canada. A big thanks to the team. Well done! Also, a big thanks to all our partners in Canada who supported us in serving our customers in these difficult times.”
